Tanya Chuck

Tanya Chuck is a corporate attorney that has practiced in both the U.S. and Middle East. Since 2005, she has supported a broad range of transactional corporate matters for a diverse group of businesses in the start-up, industrial, energy, and commercial industries.  

Tanya’s international career has engaged her in joint venture agreements, corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions, SEC compliance, partnership contracts, and numerous other complex commercial agreements. She completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law in London before practicing in the UAE and the United States. Tanya is fluent in Spanish and French.
