Rebecka Whitmarsh-Wilson

Rebecka Whitmarsh-Wilson is a Labor and Employment Lawyer who represents clients ranging from individuals and small/medium businesses, including medical and dental practices, to municipalities in negotiating employment agreements, collective bargaining agreements, and termination agreements. She also represents clients before governmental agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board. She is dedicated to litigating passionately on behalf of her clients.

Rebecka is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, where she has served as a member of the Family Law Executive Committee Email and the Palimony Statute Subcommittee. She is also a member of the Texas Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. She is a former member of the Sidney Reitman Labor and Employment Law American Inn of Court.

In 2013, Rebecka was named a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Prior to beginning her legal practice, Rebecka served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Glenn Berman, Presiding Judge Middlesex County Family Law Part.
