Leah Farrell

Leah Farrell assists Rose Law Firm as a member of its extended network of contract attorneys. She brings to the Firm ten years of experience in legal research and writing, civil litigation, and business operations.

Leah’s experience includes nine years in the in-house legal department at the ACLU of Utah. There she directed litigation priorities, selected cases, and litigated complex civil rights matters.

In 2020, Leah started her solo practice where she assists small business in New York and Salt Lake City with a wide variety of corporate and commercial needs. Her work includes assisting with corporate formation, growth strategies, interfacing with government and service agencies, document review, and preparation of correspondence, legal memoranda, and analytical reports.
