Heidi Guettler assists Rose Law Firm’s clients as a member of the Firm’s extended network of independent attorneys. She brings to the Firm over two decades of experience in employment law, negotiating complex contracts and general business law.

Her experience in employment matters has included advising Oregon employers on various employment issues including employee discipline and termination, employment discrimination, state and federal leave laws, disability accommodation, wage and hour compliance, employment policies and practices, and non-compete agreements/unfair restraints on trade. She has also conducted investigations, trainings and seminars on these topics -- with a focus on how employers proactively can avoid employment litigation.

Throughout her career Heidi has worked at two National employment firms and most recently at a mid-size regional full-service firm. At these firms she represented and defended employers in matters in both state and federal courts, as well as before state and federal agencies.

After law school, Heidi was a Judicial Clerk for the Oregon Supreme Court. She has been awarded the highest rating from her peers, an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell.
