Elaina Bauer

Elaina Bauer joined Rose Law Firm in 2021 as the Firm’s newest Associate Attorney since passing the California bar exam.

Elaina has experience from both school and internships in tax, corporate governance, entity choice, ethics, and capitalization. She also has experience in civil litigation from her time at two San Diego area litigation firms.

Elaina has strong legal research and writing abilities and has been an asset to both the litigation and transactional sides of the Firm. She continues to broaden her legal knowledge through working closely with Rose Law Firm team and its extended network of contract attorneys.

Elaina graduated cum laude from University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in Business and Corporate Law. Elaina is licensed to practice law in California and Oregon.
