Don’s experience includes transactions ranging from negotiation of residential purchases and sale to development and leasing of high-rise office buildings, office parks, shopping centers, and industrial parks. Don has handled environmental matters with properties located in Oregon, Texas, New Jersey, Florida, Tennessee, and California.

As a trial attorney, Don has represented clients and tried cases in matters relating to business and contractual disputes, business divorce, construction defects, real estate equity, real estate lending, landlord/tenant, environmental issues, lender liability, ERISA, class actions, and securities.
