Client Services Coordinator & Business Consultant
Rose Law Firm is a boutique law firm that seeks to offer big-firm quality with small-firm customer service. The firm offers a wide range of services both as transactional lawyers and as litigators within the following practice areas: business transitions and succession, corporate, real estate, executive compensation, tax, intellectual property, trusts and estates, and estate planning. Our main focus is on assisting owners of small to medium-sized businesses Protect – Maximize – Realize – Retain ™ their wealth and potential in connection with business transition events.
We are seeking a self-driven and motivated business professional to take ownership of the clients at the Rose Law Firm throughout their entire “lifecycle” with the Firm through the Protect – Maximize – Realize – Retain ™ model. The Client Services Coordinator will serve as both a project and process manager for the client files. This individual will coordinate and manage others in the Firm to develop proposals for prospective clients, take responsibility for the organization and movement of the client file, and manage the communications and interactions between the client, Firm attorneys, and outside consultants. As a Business Consultant, this position will assist with creating and consulting on specific projects for client files to help the clients meet their objectives and foster a long-term relationship with the Rose Law Firm. This position will be responsible with advising both the client and the Firm’s attorneys in regards to the client’s specific business-related objectives, timeline, priorities, and concerns.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field or comparable on-the-job experience required; MBA or Master’s degree in areas of communications, or other business-related field preferred
Experience with project management and/or process design and development
Strong client-relationship skills, including in-person, telephone, and written communication with prospective clients, current and former clients, and other relevant third parties (e.g., without limitation, clients’ other professional advisors, such as CPAs)
