CRYSTAL HUTCHENS, Associate Attorney
Crystal Hutchens serves as an Associate Attorney and as Firm Administrator for Rose Law Firm. As an Associate Attorney, Crystal focuses on business transitions and tax law and provides support on legal research and analysis, file management coordination, and contract drafting, among other duties.
At Rose Law Firm, Crystal collaborates with a variety of experienced attorneys with diverse specialties. She continues to broaden her legal knowledge through working closely with the Rose Law Firm team and its extended network of contract attorneys.
Crystal has been with Rose Law Firm since 2013 and has strong understanding of the Business Transitions Law model and how the firm works with clients. She understands the big picture while also having a strong attention to detail – balancing the need to understand the context and importance of an issue with the need to manage critical details without getting lost in the weeds. This background allows Crystal to be provide quality support to clients by helping coordinate business transition transactions, ownership succession planning, business ownership disputes, and merger & acquisition deals.
In her role as Firm Administrator, Crystal is responsible for oversight and supervision of all day-to-day administrative functions of the firm.
Crystal graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School, with a certificate in General Business Law.
