BRUCE KNIVILA, Contractor Attorney
Bruce Knivila actively assists Rose Law Firm to serve its clients as a member of the Firm’s extended network. He brings over 25 years of experience in business transactions and litigation, involving clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.
Bruce has spent time in both large and small firms. His current solo practice focuses primarily on business transactions and outside general counsel services. His work includes mergers & acquisitions, business consulting and advice, commercial agreements, ownership succession events and corporate governance. He also has a strong focus in using technology to improve his practice and outcomes for his clients.
Bruce has years of experience in negotiating agreements for clients of all sizes, as well as representing companies in administrative proceedings and public contracting matters.
Prior to his solo practice, Bruce’s practice included civil litigation, commercial litigation (including shareholder disputes, bad faith and misrepresentation claims, and trade disputes), appellate law, and real estate (including commercial leasing).
