Brian Riske
Since joining the Rose Law Firm as an Associate Attorney in 2015, Brian has developed a passion for working with closely-held businesses, their owners, and their families. He believes wholeheartedly in the lawyer’s unique role as a vital part of every client’s team, acting as a holistic advisor, and working with other professionals to achieve success for his clients.
Brian concentrates his practice on general corporate and contract law and mergers & acquisitions, with particular emphasis on advising business owners considering transitioning ownership to key employees or family members. He also enjoys designing estate planning solutions to address business owner’s unique needs and assists with executive compensation and intellectual property matters.
Prior to attending law school, Brian worked for several small and medium sized companies in the agricultural and manufacturing industries. He credits this experience for his ability to connect with his clients and translate legal complexities into plain language and practical solutions.
At home, Brian is the proud father of two teenage boys and the husband of a remarkable high school chemistry teacher. When not buying food in bulk, Brian can be found gardening, herding chickens in his backyard and continually improving his urban homestead. He also enjoys exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest by foot and on two wheels.
In 2022, Brian was recognized as a Rising Star for Business Corporate Law by Super Lawyers.
